Looking toward the holidays, we’d like to suggest that nothing says, “thanks for letting me come over and share this holiday with you” or, “I have no idea what you like but I want to make a good impression” like something sweet.  We recommend an individual pack of hot chocolate mix and a five piece pack of marshmallows (new product combination for the holidays) or a 1/4 lb. pack of salted chocolate caramels (smaller than the 1/2 lb. but just as delicious) to help you get your sentiment across.  Alternatively, if you have a holiday event coming up and like what you see on our site but want some customization with smaller quantities or arrangements, just get in touch!

]]> http://www.3amconfections.com/2010/11/15/time-flies/feed/ 1 New year, new flavors! http://www.3amconfections.com/2010/01/20/new-year-new-flavors/ http://www.3amconfections.com/2010/01/20/new-year-new-flavors/#comments Wed, 20 Jan 2010 17:18:03 +0000 Erika http://www.3amconfections.com/?p=46 [...]]]> After the holiday rush, we’re going back to the drawing board to develop some new flavors and products just in time for Valentine’s Day!  Most recently, we’re loving the new marshmallow flavor, lemon/rose water.  Not too sweet or too overwhelming, it strikes a careful balance of citrus and floral flavors and are sure to win you over in one bite.  On the caramel side of things we did a prototype run of lavender/orange/honey caramels and were pleasantly surprised by the delicate flavors and overwhelmingly positive response of a few selfless tasters.  Sweet and refreshing, they’re a new take on basic vanilla and were inspired by a recipe we came across at WallFlour.

As usual, any suggestions for flavors or products are welcome and we’d love to hear from you!  Custom orders are always possible and we love to work with any ideas you might have for creating a special gift, party favor or ‘just because’ treat.
